Texas law sets a maximum fee for the notarial act itself. Travel and service fees are separate, and I'll always confirm the total cost with you before your appointment.

Maximum Notary Fees

The following fees are the maximum allowed per Texas law. These fees only apply to the notarial act itself and do not include service or travel fees.

$10 for first signature / $1 each additional

Jurats

$10 including oath or affirmation

Certified Copies

$10 per certificate

Copies of Notarial Records

$1 per page

Protests

$4 per bill or note / $1 per notice

Depositions

$10 for certificate and oath / $1 per 100 words
